In which countries does Auto-Geurtjes.nl deliver?
We deliver our car air fresheners in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.
Why don't you offer free shipping?
We believe in honesty. Shipping costs have to be paid one way or another. Many webshops include this in the sale price, but we find that unfair for customers ordering multiple items; they would effectively pay double shipping. We keep our prices low and our shipping costs transparent and fair!
What are the shipping costs?
- Netherlands: €4.95 (Free from €30) | Track & Trace included
- Belgium & Germany: €6.99 (Free from €40) | Track & Trace included
Tip: Combine your order with friends or family. You'll save on shipping costs and it's better for the climate!
When will my order be delivered?
Ordered on workdays before 17:00, shipped the same day. You will receive an email with a Track & Trace code as soon as your package is on its way.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days without giving a reason, provided the products are unopened and undamaged. Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense.
Note: Custom Air Fresheners are made to order and cannot be returned.
How do you handle the environment?
We ship many orders in recycled boxes. Instead of throwing away the boxes we receive ourselves, we reuse them for our shipments. Better for the environment!
