- Our printed fragrance hangers are individually wrapped in transparent foil including an elastic band.

Can the printed fragrance hangers be cut into any shape?

Yes! Any shape can be cut out. (Just be careful of sharp points, as they can break off.)

How long does it take for my printed fragrance hangers to be delivered?

We aim to deliver the fragrance hangers within 3-4 weeks. You will receive a track and trace code.

What is the minimum order quantity?

How long can I keep them if they are still in the plastic?

Printed fragrance hangers in foil can be stored for approximately 1 to 1.5 years. Store in a cool, dark place (between 15 and 20 degrees Celsius).

How long does the smell last in the car?

Fragrances last an average of 2-6 days. This depends on use and weather. There's also an option to add extra fragrance. This adds 10-20% more fragrance life.

How long does it take to receive my design request?

- You will usually receive this in your mailbox within one working day.

What should I pay attention to when submitting my logo and/or trademark?

- Pay attention to the quality of the logo. The higher the resolution, the higher the quality. This ensures a better end result!

How are the fragrances packaged?

The fragrances are individually wrapped in plastic film. This preserves the scent until the package is opened.

In which files should I submit my logo?

- We prefer these in PDF, JPEG, PNG, EPS and PSD.

Can I return printed fragrance hangers?

Unfortunately, you cannot return printed fragrance hangers. This is because they are a product made especially for you. Therefore, the right of withdrawal does not apply. The sale is final after successful payment and approval of a proof.

How does payment work?

After you approve our proof, you'll receive an invoice by email. Please pay this invoice in advance using iDeal, Sofort Banking, PayPal, BanContact, credit card, bank transfer, and more. Once payment is received, the order will be forwarded to our factory.
