Returns

At Auto-Geurtjes.nl, you can, of course, exchange or return your order (provided your order doesn't fall under a legal exception). You can do this within 14 days of receiving your complete order. We recommend using the returns form, which you can download at the bottom of this page. We'd appreciate it if you'd also send an email to orders@auto-geurtjes.nl if you'd like to exchange or return something, so we're informed in advance.

Right of withdrawal / Reflection period

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to us are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €7.25 per package; consult the carrier's website for exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@auto-geurtjes.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what's necessary to try it out, we may charge you for the reduction in value. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.

Returns for printed fragrance hangers.

Printed Fragrance Hangers you purchase are custom-made according to your specifications. Therefore, the right of withdrawal does not apply. The sale is final after successful payment. Printed Fragrance Hangers are also non-returnable.
