Costs for return from home to us are at your own expense (approx. €7.25 per package). Consult your carrier for exact rates.
Within 14 days
After receipt in good order, we will refund the full order amount (including original shipping costs) within 14 days.

Custom Air Fresheners (Custom Made)
Custom Air Fresheners are made to order according to your specifications. The right of withdrawal does not apply and these items cannot be returned. The sale is final after payment.
Condition of the product
Handle the product with care. If the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, a reduction in value may be charged.
