Do you have complaints about a product, service, or delivery? That's unfortunate! But don't worry, we are ready to help you and find a solution together. We'll fix it as quickly as possible with a smile!

What to do in case of a complaint?

Report your complaint to us first via info@auto-geurtjes.nl. We respond very quickly.

Together we will look for the best solution (replacement, repair, or refund).

Does this not lead to a solution? Then it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via WebwinkelKeur.

Warranty & Cooling-off Period

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.

Refund

You will receive the full order amount including original shipping costs within 14 days after registration (provided it is received in good order).

Return Costs

Only the costs for returning from your home to our webshop are at your own expense.

Exceptions to returning

In the following cases, returning is unfortunately not possible:

  • When the packaging or sealing of sealed products is broken.
  • Products manufactured by us according to your specifications (custom made).
  • Items that are clearly personal in nature.
  • Products that by their nature cannot be returned.
