What to do in case of complaints

It's always possible that something doesn't go exactly as planned. We recommend that you first report your complaint to us by emailing info@auto-geurtjes.nl. If this doesn't lead to a solution, you can submit your dispute for mediation through WebwinkelKeur at https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil.

Information about warranty & returns

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the online store are at your own expense. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the company with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@auto-geurtjes.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.

Return Exceptions

When the packaging or seal is broken.

a. Sealed products are non-returnable.

b. which have been created by the entrepreneur in accordance with the consumer's specifications;

c. that are clearly personal in nature;

d. which by their nature cannot be returned;

Warranty

You can return purchased items (provided they are unopened and undamaged) to the address below within 14 days of receiving your order, postage paid.
